What Is WildFit?
WildFit is a powerful, effective and new health and Fitness methodology, a methodology that draws its inspiration from evolutionary and functional medicine and nutritional anthropology.
Humans evolved in a process that took millions of years and took place almost entirely in nature. Today, even as we have removed the perils of living in the wild, we have created a lethal lifestyle that is sweeping the planet and causing a wide variety of diseases, weight problems and, sadly, massively reduced quality of life and lifespan.
As we face the reality of a generation growing up with processed food and without regular exercise, we are beginning to wake up to the reality that we are off course. That the human and ﬁnancial cost of our current way of life is far too great. Inspired by Eric Edmeades’ 2003 Essay The Human Diet, WildFit is a ﬁtness methodology informed by evolution and human history. Today, most people know what to eat, what not to eat and that they should exercise. And still, most people are over fed, under nourished and lack the most basic levels of physical ﬁtness that will lead to a long, healthy and enjoyable life.
WildFit addresses the ﬁve primary reasons that so many people have yet to make the changes their bodies so badly want them to make and then guides them through an easy program to make lasting changes without ever feeling hungry and always having a feeling of abundant freedom.

Solid Health Principles
WildFit is a Paleo-influenced health methodology that draws heavily from human history and modern-day hunter-gatherer communities. A key principle of WildFit is that ‘every living thing has a diet’ and that the degree to which a species can stay on its diet it will experience health and longevity.

No Hunger. No Exercise.
The WildFit Challenge is carefully designed so that you will NOT be hungry and there is no requirement to exercise. This program is about nutritional balance and getting your diet, energy levels and sleep on track so that, when you are ready, you will enjoy any exercise you do a great deal.
Very Effective Structure
For the most part, people already know (or think they know) what they should eat and what they should avoid to achieve their short and long-term health goals; the problem is that they often fail to do what they know. They make exceptions and exceptions become the rule. The WildFit Challenge structure is well refined and effective – it helps people create lasting change.
Group Coaching and Teams
Food and health are team sports; people gravitate toward the average of the people around them. For most, this is not good news. The WildFit Challenge puts people on small mastermind teams that work together to complete the program and support each other both during the program and after it is done.
The Six Human Hungers
Most people eat either far more or far less than they need; and often they do both. They eat too much of what they shouldn’t and not enough of what they must. In WildFit, we work with the SIX CORE HUMAN HUNGERS to help people translate the messages they get so that they can really listen to their bodies.
