Hello friends! I want to tell you about a 90 day food challenge I just completed not too long ago. This diet made me feel significantly better in my daily life. It coached me on how to cut sugar out of my diet, and to eat what humans were actually meant to eat. The challenge really pushes you to think about what you’re consuming, and how your relationship with food should be.

 

This challenge will help you get to a healthy weight without exercising, but will also not leave you starving. To be clear, this is not a diet, this is THE diet; the diet that people are supposed to have. In this challenge I wasn’t made to cut down on food consumption, and I never felt hungry. I also wasn’t made to buy specialty foods in any capacity. The challenge is called WildFit, and the founder of the company, and his coaches, guided me through the program. WildFit is a life changing challenge that made me feel incredible.
