Who said chocolate and WildFit don’t go together? Although healthy, these little balls will make you drool.

Ingredients:
Truffles:
2 cups jumbo Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flaxseed meal
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup agave syrup or maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk
Chocolate coating:
2 tbsp coconut cream (from a can)
2 tbsp raw honey
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Truffles:
Place all the truffle ingredients in your food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl.
Coating:
Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in coconut cream, cacao powder, honey and vanilla- stirring well until smooth and combined.
Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature, then dip in truffles one at a time to coat.
