Going to a last minute holiday party and aren’t sure what to bring? Try these quick and easy deviled eggs that will be sure to impress the party guests.

 

PREP TIME 5 mins

COOK TIME 10 mins

TOTAL TIME 15 mins

SERVES 12

INGREDIENTS


12 hard boiled eggs
6 tablespoons mashed avocado (2 small)
1 ½ teaspoon mustard
1  teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
Paprika, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS


Slice hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk from whites and set in a bowl.
Add avocado, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill.
Mix together until creamy.
Spoon or pipe filling into empty whites. Garnish with paprika.
