Week Two

Recipe Hacks and Replacements for Traditional Holiday Dishes

This 90 minute live session focuses on recipe replacements and hacks for your favorite holiday dishes so the next time you’re in charge of bringing the casserole, it’ll be a WILDFIT friendly one — and nobody will be the wiser!

These tasty tips and tricks will have your whole family drooling over the WILDFIT way without even realizing it.

Be sure to take lots of notes in this session so you’re prepared with a list of substitutes for every holiday you host.

Week Three

Holidays With Kids. Creating Positive Traditions Around Food.

This one’s for the parents out there — or really anyone who has little ones running around their holiday table.

The third week of live session installments will have you learning how to create and implement positive food traditions for children with WILDFIT methods at the top of mind. 

It’s key to start installing these traditions at a young age so children’s mindsets can be molded in a way that prefers and enjoys the healthier options around the dinner table — and get to help make them too!
