Hello to anyone who is reading this story.
My name is Emilis Navickas and I’m 15 years old and before I’ve discovered WildFit my life was a mess.
For the last 7 years, I’ve been living a food hell, okay maybe I am exaggerating, but I was eating very wrong. I didn’t drink any water only milk and I would eat chocolate all day long and eventually I got overweight because I had started at a very young age.
This program opened my eyes to a new world of food and Eric helped to get my weight to a more acceptable number. I don’t know why I wanted to listen to him, but at some point, I had grown tired of my life before WildFit.
What can I say about WildFit, well it’s pretty much a life-changing program and the word diet shouldn’t even be in the name, in my opinion, it should be the WildFit lifestyle. It’s funny how the word “diet” has changed. Nowadays “diet” is a temporary habit change to achieve a short term goal. Just imagine the food angel saying to the food devil “we’re following these rules” and the food devil replying “for how long? A month?”, the devil crosses his fingers and says “okay” but from that moment he already starts to create ways to break you.
WildFit changed my life forever I have no cravings for chocolate or milk, I only drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, I eat salads, I drink alkagizers every day in the morning, that’s all I got to say.
