We are thrilled about Lynn’s results from the program! Read her words below:
“Today I finished the 90 Wildfit Challenge. As far as the physical benefits, I’ve released 20 lbs and 28 inches. I’ve lost 2 dress sizes, my skin looks amazing, my energy is through the roof and I’m sleeping through the night for the first time in as long as I can remember.
These results are amazing and I am super grateful for each of them. By far, the more meaningful results are things that you can’t see. For the first time in my entire life, I have complete control of what I eat, drink and think about food. I’m off blood pressure medication that I’ve had to take for 5 years due to very high blood pressure.
It’s been 90 days and my relationship to my health and nutrition has completely transformed. I exercise every day, I’m meditating several times per week and pretty much all of my bad habits have dramatically reduced or gone away entirely. No more hours on the couch watching trash tv, I’m spending more time with friends/family instead of hanging out at my house, watching crap on the tv, drinking wine and eating garbage.
I’ve read about every transformation Tuesday story during my time on the challenge and every time someone talked about the weight loss being less important than the other benefits, I always doubted their sincerity. For the last few weeks, I realized what they meant and knew that their stories were completely true.
If you’re reading this and trying to decide whether it’s worth your time, financial commitment and energy to try this program, please do this for yourself. The coaching during this program is top notch. I’ve made changes in my life that I didn’t believe were possible. I don’t crave coffee, sweets, pasta, pizza, or any other the other things that used to be my life blood. I have no doubt that I will continue to live WildFit for the rest of my days. Not because of the weight loss but because I honor myself enough to do good things for my body now. Thanks WildFit Team. You have changed my life.”
We are so happy to have been with you through this journey, Lynn!
