½ C fresh spinach leaves cooked, squeezed, & drained – (about 20 large leaves of fresh spinach)
2 large ripe avocado about 2 cups of mashed avocado
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ C fresh coriander chopped
¼ C sunflower seeds, soaked 2 hrs
