What is a fad diet? If you look up the definition of Wikipedia it says: “A fad diet is a diet that is popular for a time, similar to fads in fashion. Fad diets usually promise rapid weight loss or other health advantages, such as longer life. They are often promoted as requiring little effort and producing a “quick fix”.”
Notice “quick fix”. Not sustainable, not maintainable. Not what us, as humans, have done over thousands of years.
Caroline, like most people, felt bombarded by all the different information that’s out there. After she finished WILDFIT, this is what she had to say:
