I am noticing that my cravings for “junk food” Have been subsiding and my internal dialogue of “drink water” is getting louder. I also noticed I eat in reaction to stress. That is a big one for me! Being mindful of what I am eating has also been huge – my body does not like wheat, dairy, or corn but my head likes the “crunch” and the “salt” I experience!
