My partner, Mike, was pretty excited this morning. He came out with just his pants on which are falling off and the definition in his abs is crazy. He was pretty excited to get the ridges that come up just over one’s underwear line. And I believe his switch has flipped, even with what we had to eat on the road ;)! YEAH! As he and my son were having a hard time with this season, this was very rewarding for him to see!
