Just returned from Italy. No sugar, no bread, no grains, dairy, and no caffeine. Mostly salads, veggies and fish. This was not easy. My group are all foodies and could not understand why I was doing WILDFIT now. I must say that I feel energized. I have lost inches and a little weight. I am amazed.
