I tried to make the comparison as equal as possible.
I have had people notice a change and tell me that my face is thinner. The measurements show that I am down just about everywhere but the slightest amount is the mid-section – for a total of 21.75 inches.
Pants and a sport jacket that I haven’t worn for years almost fits well.
A couple of observations: I am sleeping better and longer. My knees don’t hurt as much when I walk. The biggest thing from this program for me is the awareness of what I am eating. Previously, I would have never given it a second thought.
One more thing… I am getting a craving for exercise.
