Just 8 weeks ago I embarked on a journey towards improving my health and making some serious changes in my eating habits.
It began with seriously examining my attitude towards foods and especially towards sweets.
The first two images below show just one measurement of the changes since then … moving from a BMI of 32 to 29 and releasing 21 lbs.
The exciting thing is that I have dropped below the level of being classified as OBESE. Hooray!
Am I obese? … not any more … and NEVER again!
This journey is far from over and I look forward to the coming days and weeks … I will post before and after photos once I arrive at my destination of weighing in at 205 lbs.
