Well I haven’t checked the measurements yet, but I have released 22lbs back into the wild and I feel great. Went to a butcher shop to get some new meats to add some variety, going to cook a roast for the first time this week – exciting times. Found a new system to make a bigger alkagizer batch, I think we might need a third fridge to store all the awesome food.
