Nothing better than some fresh Guac. Enjoy with your favorite veggies or it also works amazing on salad.

Makes: 1 serving.
1 ripe avocado
¼ of a red onion (finely chopped)
1 clove of minced garlic (finely chopped or use a garlic press)
Juice from ½ of a lime
Salt (pink Himalayan salt or sea salt)
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice the meat in each half into squares with a blunt knife and scoop it out with a spoon. Place it in a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork. Don’t overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky.
Add the finely chopped onion, the garlic, the juice from the lime and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir it together.
Add freshly cut chili to make it spicier.
