To grill an avocado you need to cut it in half vertically, and take out the pit. From there you give it a quick glaze in lime juice and olive oil and throw it right on the grill. You let it sit there for about a minute and a half, until you get some really nice grill lines on the avocado. When you take it off you have a beautiful avocado bowl that you can put some delicious things in. Some tasty things that you can put in the bowl are a three bean salad or quinoa salad. This is a really different, yet tasty way to incorporate an avocado into your diet. Plus, if you make it for guests, they will be blown away by how good it looks!

You can top off with some sea salt, some pepper and some green onion. Place in the oven for 15 minutes, take it out and serve. This recipe is SUPER easy, and gives you a ton of good nutrients to start your day.
