Meet your coaches:

Meet Dr. Neelima Deshpande

Dr Neelima Deshpande is a highly skilled Consultant Gynaecologist with extensive experience in Women’s Health, particularly in Menopause, Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, and Urogynecology. With over 29 years of experience, she has provided exceptional care to over 300,000 women, managing a variety of gynaecological and sexual health problems.

Dr Deshpande received her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from BJ Medical College in Pune, India, and her Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London, UK. She is also a Fellow of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare UK.

In addition to her qualifications, Dr Deshpande has undergone training in various techniques to treat sexual dysfunctions and anxiety states, including hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT, NLP and The Lefkoe Method. She has worked in the NHS, UK, as a Consultant in Urogynaecology and Obstetrics, and as an Associate Specialist in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. She later returned to India and currently practices as a Consultant Gynaecologist in private practice. In 2019, she worked as an Associate Professor at the Jigme Dorji Wangchuk National Referral Hospital in Thimphu, Bhutan.

Dr Deshpande is currently based in Kothrud, Pune, India and holds admission privileges at Borse Hospital by Vitalife, Joshi and Ratna Hospital, Pune. Her expertise in Menopause and Women’s Health, combined with her vast experience and training, make her a trusted and reliable healthcare provider for women seeking gynaecological and sexual health care.

Meet Diane Shepherd - Master WILDFIT Coach

Diane Shepherd is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and WILDFIT® Master Coach based in Dallas, Texas, with a passion for helping women navigate menopause and achieve optimal health and wellness. Her expertise lies in guiding individuals to take control of their physical and emotional well-being by experiencing food freedom. Diane’s dedication to continuous learning and her Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner specialization in Functional Nutrition allow her to address the root causes of her clients’ conditions through education, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

Diane’s own experience with an undiagnosed health condition for seven years, which prevented her from working out and caused her to gain 20 pounds in 12 months, led her to the WILDFIT 90-Day Challenge. During this program, she was able to release weight and transform into a happier and healthier version of herself. This inspired her to become a WILDFIT Master Coach and help others achieve similar success.

As a committed and supportive coach, Diane works closely with her clients to ensure their success and helps them achieve lasting health and genuine happiness. She believes in the power of WILDFIT and is dedicated to guiding women through menopause with expert guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
